			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SPRINGVILLE, UTAH (June 24, 2010)—A native of Ghana, Africa, Akwasi Frimpong grew up in Holland and has recently been attending university in the United States on a track scholarship, as well as serving as a global sales intern at Neways. When invited to try Neways’ new noncarbonated energy drink Açai Action<sup>®</sup>, which contains all-natural sweeteners and no artificial colors, Akwasi eagerly accepted and soon saw excellent results.</p>

<p>Recently, Akwasi helped the Utah Valley University track team break the school record in the 4&#215;100m relay, and he achieved his best time this season on the 100m sprint (10.94 seconds). “This time has helped me qualify for the Dutch National Championships in July in the Netherlands,” Akwasi says. “And during my finals week, Açai Action<sup>®</sup> helped me stay awake to study.”</p>
<p>Akwasi’s goal is to compete in the 2012 Olympic games in London.</p>

A journalist at the magazine who had a history of allergies and highly sensitive skin was asked to try Brightening C Complex for a month and report back on the effectiveness.</p>

In conjunction with Neways’ Healthy Homes commitment to environmental responsibility, Neways’ corporate recycling program achieved the following results in 2009:</p>

<p>“Recycling has allowed us to cut our waste pickup from five times weekly to two,” said Neways’ Facilities Manager, Mel Sevy. “This actually represents a cost <em>savings</em> to Neways and underscores our commitment to contribute to a healthy planet.”</p>
<p>Sevy indicates that plans to expand the recycling efforts are in process.  Most recently the number of plastic types that can be recycled has increased from two to seven, and methods to make individual recycling more accessible to employees are forthcoming.</p>

<p>“Our leaders elsewhere in Europe have been asking us to open in Switzerland, because they’re excited to start building their businesses there,” said Brian Slobodow, president and COO of Neways, Inc. and managing director of Neways’ Europe region. “Several of our German Diamond Advisory Board members will be attending the launch meeting. We’re very enthusiastic about this new market.”</p>
<p>Initially, Neways is focusing on sharing the products and business opportunity with German-speakers in Switzerland. In the near future, marketing materials in French and Italian will also become available. A new French-language website recently opened for Belgium, and it will soon become fully functional in Switzerland as well.</p>
<p>Didier Schluchter, country manager for German-speaking markets, said, “I am looking forward to the opening of Switzerland, not only because I’m Swiss but also because the Swiss are great people and they are known to keep their word. <p><strong>A Life Without Limits:</strong> This prospecting tool, which includes a booklet, DVD, and audio CD, is designed to help independent distributors share the Neways story. This tool differs from previous recruiting tools because it focuses not only on the Neways lifestyle but also the  opportunity. <p>Now, Jared and his wife Claire, who is also a race walker, are preparing to compete in the Commonwealth Games this October in New Delhi. “It would be a dream come true for both of us to bring home gold medals for Australia,” Jared said. Both he and Claire recently won gold medals at Australia’s National 20-kilometer Walk Championships.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SPRINGVILLE, UT (April 5, 2010)—After six years of service at Neways, Chief Executive Officer Eric Larsen has decided to step down for personal reasons. While Neways owner Golden Gate Capital searches for a new CEO, Chief Financial Officer Scott St. Clair will serve as interim CEO.</p>
<p>“We thank Eric for his contributions to the company, his tireless work ethic, and his dedication to Neways’ distributors, and we look forward to his continued contributions to the business in a consulting role,” said Prescott Ashe, Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital and Chairman of the Board at Neways.</p>
<p>“Neways is a critical investment for Golden Gate Capital, and we remain enthusiastic about the company’s prospects,” Ashe said. “We have ample capital to invest in the business to fund its future growth, and we are fully committed to the success of the company and, more importantly, its distributors.”</p>
<p>In his departure message, Eric Larsen said: “I leave Neways with nothing but positive feelings for this company and its future. I’m grateful for the opportunity I had to oversee these improvements.”</p>
