			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On May 1, 2010, Neways will hold a launch meeting in Zurich, signaling the official opening of the company’s Switzerland market.</p>
<p>“Our leaders elsewhere in Europe have been asking us to open in Switzerland, because they’re excited to start building their businesses there,” said Brian Slobodow, president and COO of Neways, Inc. and managing director of Neways’ Europe region. “Several of our German Diamond Advisory Board members will be attending the launch meeting. We’re very enthusiastic about this new market.”</p>
<p>Initially, Neways is focusing on sharing the products and business opportunity with German-speakers in Switzerland. In the near future, marketing materials in French and Italian will also become available. A new French-language website recently opened for Belgium, and it will soon become fully functional in Switzerland as well.</p>
<p>Didier Schluchter, country manager for German-speaking markets, said, “I am looking forward to the opening of Switzerland, not only because I’m Swiss but also because the Swiss are great people and they are known to keep their word. Switzerland is a great match for our Neways mission, as they started many years ago with healthy living. I am looking forward to working with the Swiss distributors and hearing their input about our Neways business.”</p>

Neways’ Switzerland market opens in May 2010, and the company’s France market is planned to open in late 2010.</p>

<p>Now, Jared and his wife Claire, who is also a race walker, are preparing to compete in the Commonwealth Games this October in New Delhi. “It would be a dream come true for both of us to bring home gold medals for Australia,” Jared said. Both he and Claire recently won gold medals at Australia’s National 20-kilometer Walk Championships.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SPRINGVILLE, UT (April 5, 2010)—After six years of service at Neways, Chief Executive Officer Eric Larsen has decided to step down for personal reasons. While Neways owner Golden Gate Capital searches for a new CEO, Chief Financial Officer Scott St. Clair will serve as interim CEO.</p>
<p>“We thank Eric for his contributions to the company, his tireless work ethic, and his dedication to Neways’ distributors, and we look forward to his continued contributions to the business in a consulting role,” said Prescott Ashe, Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital and Chairman of the Board at Neways.</p>
<p>“Neways is a critical investment for Golden Gate Capital, and we remain enthusiastic about the company’s prospects,” Ashe said. “We have ample capital to invest in the business to fund its future growth, and we are fully committed to the success of the company and, more importantly, its distributors.”</p>

<p> At a recent prelaunch Diamond event in Japan, people lined up outside the showroom because they were so eager to learn about this new product. <p>Neways North America partnered with <a href="http://www.globusrelief.org/" onclick="pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/www.globusrelief.org/?referer=');">Globus Relief</a>, a nonprofit organization, to ship its donation to Haiti and is very grateful for their trusted partnership. Globus Relief and Neways have worked together on many projects.</p>
<p>“Thanks to donors like Neways, Globus Relief is able to make a timely response to help the victims of the Haiti earthquake,” said Globus Relief’s director of donor relations, Darlyn Eddington. “With our distribution channels in place, the Neways donation of hygiene products will help meet the critical needs of those suffering such devastating losses. Thank you, Neways.”</p>
<p>This donation was put together quickly, thanks to the combined efforts of many Neways employees, including the stock-room employees who prepared the shipment, the driver who rushed it to Globus, and others who organized the aid.</p>
<p>“It’s great to see us all work together for the benefit of others,” said Sorhaitz. “It’s a wonderful feeling to know that you’re thinking outside of yourself and to see everyone coordinate and come together for the common good. ”</p>
<p>Neways communications coordinator Megan Lavin’s husband has family in Haiti. “I know that these products will make a huge difference in survivors’ lives,” she said. “It adds extra meaning to know that my company’s products will be benefiting people so close to my heart. It helps me feel like I was able to contribute and add my small part.”</p>
